Introducing Rachel

Hello! I'm Rachel, the new Customer Success Agent here at YourStride.

I’m really pleased to have joined the team here at YourStride and I’m excited to be working for a Social Enterprise that is truly making a difference in providing such an innovative product.

Before joining the company I worked in admin at the Head Office of a Care Home Provider supporting several care homes and family members of the residents. I have always had a passion for helping people and really enjoy chatting to you all. In my spare time I also volunteer for Age UK as a telephone befriender.

I’ve had the opportunity to speak to lots of you already but please feel free to give me a quick call if you would like to have a chat. I will always be at hand whenever you need any help or reassurance and would be more than happy to hear from you to answer any question you may have regarding your YourStride alarm watch.
