We partner with an experienced, UK based, 24/7 monitoring centre. Our team are trained to the highest possible standard in triaging emergency situations. Our centre are highly experienced in monitoring alarms, handle over 20,000 calls a month and hold full TSA accreditation.
We handle emergency calls from watches 24/7, 365 days a year.
When someone raises the alarm we speak to them to understand what has happened and how best to help. In a serious emergency we will escalate immediately to the appropriate emergency service and then let named contacts know.
When it is not appropriate to call 999, we call the contacts that the wearer has added to their account. We will call in the requested order until we get through to someone.
If you are a named contact you will have been given a number to add to your address book so that you know that it is us calling in an emergency. Please do not give out this number or call us on it. It is solely for emergencies. When we call, you may need to pop round, help with accessing the home or organise other assistance.

We recommend the wearer places regular test calls through to the team. As a named contact, it's worth checking they've done this and encouraging them to keep it up - it builds the muscle memory that helps in a real emergency.
Manual activation is the primary way to raise the alarm, and the safest. If fall detection is switched on, please note no fall detection system can catch every fall - if wrist movement doesn't meet the alert criteria, the watch won't trigger automatically, and a long push of the button will still be needed.
We also offer a variety of automatic notifications that can be switched on, for example alerting that the watch has not been charged up recently or if there is no steps activity at a certain time of day. The account holder is able to add you to these notifications if you both would like to.
Please don't treat the watch as a guarantee you'll be contacted if something's wrong: if you can't reach the wearer as you normally would, or have any doubt, check on them directly rather than waiting for our call.
If memory, dexterity or mobility changes make you think the watch is no longer suitable for the wearer or they are no longer able to make test calls reliably, discuss it with them or the account holder, or contact us on 020 3868 5575 or [email protected] and we'll help support you.
As an emergency contact you are entitled to £20.00 off any watch bought by yourself, a friend or relative. Simply fill out the form below for more details.
