We partner with an experienced, UK based, 24/7 monitoring centre. Our team are trained to the highest possible standard in triaging emergency situations. Our centre brings 30 years experience in monitoring alarms handling over 17,000 calls a month.
We handle emergency calls from watches 24/7, 365 days a year.
When someone raises the alarm we speak to them to understand what has happened and how best to help. In a serious emergency we will escalate immediately to the appropriate emergency service and then let named contacts know.
When it is not appropriate to call 999, we call the contacts that the wearer has added to their account. We will call in the requested order until we get through to someone.
If you are a named contact you will have been given a number to add to your address book so that you know that it is us calling in an emergency. Please do not give out this number or call us on it. It is solely for emergencies. When we call, you may need to pop round, help with accessing the home or organise other assistance.
